These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vibelier Studio website and any services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Vibelier Studio provides bespoke landing page design and development services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing of each project are agreed upon in a separate project agreement or proposal prior to commencement of work.
Upon receipt of final payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverable files for your project. Vibelier Studio retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Any design concepts, wireframes, or proposals not selected remain the intellectual property of Vibelier Studio.
Our process typically involves a discovery phase, a design phase, a build phase, and delivery. Timelines are estimated at the outset of each project. We endeavour to meet all agreed deadlines; however, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback or content provision.

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Final files are delivered upon receipt of final payment. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Requests beyond this scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any additional work begins.
Vibelier Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed to the date of termination. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
